  • BEFORE INITIAL TRAINING

    On your first day, we would conduct an initial assessment involving a physical test where we analyse your muscle imbalance as well as a total body analysis test which involves taking measurement of your body composition.

    This is a process which involves measuring your body fat percentage, blood pressure, body fat mass, total body water, basal metabolic ratio (BMR), obesity diagnosis, segmental stomach fat percentage,waist/hip ratio, BMI and muscle mass.

    Once we have gathered those crucial information, we will then advice you on your muscle and fat control. This is where we tell you how much lean muscle you need to gain or how much fat you will need to lose in order to fall into the normal range to achieve your goals. We keep a record of your results and measure you every 4 to 6 weeks to see your progression. This time allows you to just focus on training and nutrition.

  • DURING TRAINING

    We are the only personal training gym in London that gives you the opportunity to see how hard you are working out live on a screen. Moreover, you can see your HR (heart rate) live on a screen and how many KCAL (kil calories) you are burning while working out.

    In addition, we offer you the option to bring your own favorite work out music tracks so you can train while listening to them .

  • BLOOD TYPE AND CUSTOM DIET

    Every body has its own specific needs. Some exercises and diets might work for some and not for others.

    This is simply because most diets are not individualized since they are for the general population.
